America West just added partnerships with five Las Vegas hotels, adding some more lodging options: Circus Circus, Four Seasons, Hard Rock, Palace Station, and Aladdin. The Alladin packages are available for booking now for travel beginning in September.

I could only find the following sample package prices (but they are not too far off from senatorjm's How Would You Rank Em post): including roundtrip air travel from New York (service from JFK beginning May 1) and hotel accommodations for two nights: Palace Station, $296; Circus Circus, $306; Hard Rock, $344. Keep in mind these are the red-eye flights though.

A couple more things about America West's packages that are probably true for all airlines. The prices are per person based on 2 people. I've bought them for one and it's $30-50 more. Most of these are 2 night deals. I've added additional nights but gotten the room on my own for the extra night and been allowed to change my return flight date. They also give you good bonus miles for buying packages and you don't have any gambling obligation. On the other hand, if you gamble a lot, the casino can't comp your room. It's already paid for.
