My first meet was at the Holy Cow, I met Claire, Teddy, DB, I think I met Gail there but I'm not sure, there were a lot of others there but I had forgotten the names. I rember Loretta and I were leary about going but figered what the heck. Glad we went, liked most of the people we met. Turned out to be the only time we got to see Claire, she left town shortly after, only time we seen Teddy.

Larry, We discussed this at the Hilton Garden Bar meet. I had thought we met before but couldn't remember. It must have been at Holy Cow then.

I met with Teddy at Holy Cow twice. Since then she got sick. I wonder if her e-mail address is still good. I'd like to let her know about the Oct. meet. Would love for her to come.

We've also had a couple of meets at Z-Tejas Grill on Paradise which I really enjoyed. However, if we were to meet there again, I think the lunch specials (and prices) would be a better choice over dinner.

Hi Everybody,
This is so much fun to read as I had read the reports on PC or Delphi in years past.
I know that Claire Harris had a stroke a few years ago and was wondering if anyone knew how she was now? The last I heard from her was before we took a trip to Florida and she gave me info on where to stay in Daytona Beach as that was where she was living. I still think of her writing about the dust caused by the building of the Hard Rock Hotel as she lived near-by.

Oh yeah, we all got to meet Tim Rivers too. <g>.

Gail & V, Yes, You've both jogged my memory. I remember the posts about the construction dust. And now I remember Cyn saying that she keeps in touch with Claire. Maybe we could convince Cyn to post a couple of notes here, heh?

Gsil, Teddy was going to try to make a meet last year but I think her health got in the way of attending. I don't know how she is doing at this time.

JMT, I guess I need to remind you that we met
at one of the early meets at Bally's, where
you and Rocky showed up. Gary, Joe Gamble,
Claire, and Gladyce were all there, too,
along with David & Roz Berman.

I was also among those in attendance when the
Dunes was imploded, and MOST of us watched from a protected spot on the 22nd floor of
Ballys. That's the night David Berman was
bound and determined to videotape the whole
event, and decided to go down into Bally's
parking lot to get a better shot. Of course,
the huge dust cloud from the implosion came
right across into Bally's parking lot, and
when David came back upstairs, he was covered
with dust. I never found out how his video came out.

The last meet I have attended was that one
mentioned by Daisy in So. Calif., where Bill
and Joe, Debbie and David, and Ed & Anne were
there, along with David Feldman, I believe.
