You all know (that read our July TR) that Will & Christine where out with us during the Las Vegas Flood of 99. Well, Will & Christine, are vacationing again down in NC, through this Hurricane Floyd thing.
I'm begining to wonder if the dark rain clouds arn't following them around the country. Next time they come out to Vegas, I'll post a high water warning alert! LOL

They must be gone now since Gert and Harvey look like they are going to leave NC alone this time. But even though I didn't have any problems with Floyd, a lot of people that I work with that live in the eastern part of the state, still do not have power in their homes. As of this morning, I-40 into Wilmington is still closed. It's like I always say, "Be happy with what you got, cause somebody else has got it a lot worse!"

Our friends are home now, although they did stay for the Hurricane.
