 Handbook reminder: Just in case you missed it, wear of earrings is as follows:

Females should not wear long, dangling, gaudy earrings. Male employees are not permitted to wear any type of earrings while on duty. No other plain-view piercings are permitted, i.e., nose, tongue, and eye lid devices.

Well, what I noticed about the note was this <<<gaudy earrings>>> bueaty is in the eye of the beholder. Who deceides what is Gaudy and what isn't.
It's like the ladies that wear the purfume way to heavy. They think they smell sweet, as I'm gasping for my last breath! <s>

Lee, I'm a recruiter for a hospital. Imagine having to interview these young people with earrings hanging from their noses, eyebrows, tongues. Pretty hard to keep your attention on the interview!Actually, I'm glad they DO wear them, because then I definitely WON'T hire them. It's the ones who don't wear them, then start after they're hired!

I know I don't want to look across the table at that while I'm playing cards! Talk about a distraction! By not hiring them, the casino's might actually be doing me a favor!
