Las Vegas is the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country, with 6,000 new residents every month. Correspondent Jerry Bowen looks at why people are finding Las Vegas so appealing, and at the growing pains caused by this sprawling growth. And he profiles the flamboyant mayor of Las Vegas, former mob lawyer Oscar Goodman, who has a vision to revitalize Las Vegas' downtown and turn "Sin City" into a first-rate American metropolis.
