Making a short trip in a couple weeks. Seem to remember a couple posts of others' trips around this time.

I'll be out of town those dates. Going down to The Big Easy for Mardi Gras the 7th-13th.

Somehow I have this mental picture of you going around to all the casinos that have a mardi gras theme and collecting those cheap strings of beads, and putting them to good use in New Orleans!

Lee.....Yes the beads are a great negotiating tool during Mardi Gras. And to think I go to the Palomino and spend a hundred bucks to see the same thing I can see for a two cent pair of beads in New Orleans.

We also have this pair of killer beads, not to be confused with killer bees, that a Nun will show her..(@)(@)..for these beads. LOL :p

in town 4/13--4/17--not even close!! going to the dam this trip--anything to see and do along the way or look for a big hunk of cement,take picture,return to vegas
