WOW Rick. That is almost a 2 week time frame. The most I have ever stayed in Las Vegas was 10 nights and that was a really long trip for me. Sorry I can't be there during your dates but I'll bet there are others that will be there.
Good Luck.

Rick,
Sorry, I'm skipping April. I got a trip the end of March (9 days) and the end of May (10 days). Normally I'd be there during your dates, but this year they moved Easter to late March, so that's my travel time.

John, That's the cheap side of me. Come to think of it, that's always.
On the serious side, car rentals are more efficient by the week. Thanks to a previous post here by Bruce on March 1st, I went through Dollar, a Neon, for a 2 week total (taxes included) of $260, not bad.
AND, plane fares are the same for 1 or 2 weeks also. Maximum value here... LOL
I'll be wintering there next year, 30 days at a time. I'll have my own motorhome (trail a car also) there as a backup, but will still mostly stay in Casinos. Hey, I'll keep U guys and girls informed here, maybe write a book.. LOL

Rick,

I like your thinking. I keep telling Fred if we must fly so far, why not make it worthwhile. Our longest was also 10 days, but my husband thought it too long. Still trying to mold him after 40 + years.

Hi Rick,
There are some nice RV parks here that you might want to check out when you are here in April.
I think the nicest is the Oasis, which is about 5 miles South, on the Strip, near Belz Factory Outlet Stores, but they do have a shuttle if you don't feel like driving. There's a 1000 Trails here, too, and lots of parks on Boulder Highway. There's one at Sams Town, one at Circus Circus....which is pretty much like a parking lot....IS a parking lot, but the nicest Casino RV Park is at Silverton, also 5 miles S, on Las Vegas Blvd, and right across the freeway from Oasis. Blue Diamond Exit from I-15. Only problem there is that their shuttle ONLY takes you from RV Park to the Silverton Casino. Parks also at Primm, behind the Primadonna, and at Mesquite......so you COULD cover a bit of distance next year!

Hi Rick,
That would be fun!
We'll have to see what's up closer to the time that you are here. I have a relative in hospital in another state, and try to get there when I can.......it all depends on when Toby has to work in that state..........but it would be grand, and we'll sure try to do it! Where are you staying?
