A little Las Vegas rambling rant....

Do You Ever Wish???
Well......do ya?

I know I do! I have a lot of Las Vegas wishes, here's a few....

I wish I would have recorded all the days I spent in LV, so atleast I'd have some idea of how many days I spent there.

I wish I would have payed more attention to the old places on the strip, that are no longer there.

I also wish, the obnoxious person aside of me at the machines would go away! LOL Fat chance of that happening! I swear, there is some sort of annoyence factor going on inside these casinos. I'm like a magnet to annoying, obnoxious, rude people. The constant hacker, you know the one...The guy who sounds like he's trying to cough up a lung while chain smoking on those 120mm cigerettes. Or the guy at the table games that just lights cigerettes and leaves them burn away in the ashtry with all the smoke wafting directly in my face the whole time. Or the lady who just jabbers to the machine, like it understands her! Yikes! Yes, oh I do get my share of weirdo's & freak.

I wish I could catch a wining streak as strong as my recent loosing streak! Boy, that would be one heck of a ride....wouldn't it?

But the big wish, the grand daddy of them all....MegaBucks! I beleive that MegaBucks does a sole good. Not so much because of the chance to win, as the chance to dream. I normally play $21 through the machine on each trip. Seven pulls and I'm done most times. Although it has teased me with a few extra pulls, before pulling the rug out from under me! <S> But this machine, and it doesn't matter if you play it or not, gives people (myself included) a reason to daydream for a few moments. A break from reality, I think we all need from time to time, and this jackpot, will do that for most people.
I know what I'd do with some of the money, and I'll bet most of you have thought about what you'd do too. Besides the senseable, invest it answer, we all have a couple of secret things we'd like to do...if we only had the cash, and that is when the daydreaming begins!

I wish they would have never torn down The Sands hotel or at least kept the Tropicana Room intact and moved somewhere else. There was too much important history with that place to have been wiped away.

And I keep wishing for a Royal Flush on a dollar machine someday!

put me down for megabucks or lotto.i mentaly win it each month.i agree with mike on the sands loved that place.

I wish the casinos had round poker tables and you could see other players hands without binoculars.
I think i called a winning hand last trip that had me beat with the face up cards!

What I wish for may not be suitable for posting on this board.

So for my other wish, put me in the same catagory as DAG....Megabucks or Lottery winner would be nice.

More trips to Vegas would suit me just fine. Wendell :rolleyes:

Joe, just imagine the cocktail waitress uniforms in a casino I owned<G> Can you say "saran wrap"<G>

Uniforms? They'd be wearing something? John....you disapoint me!

Waitresses in "Saran Wrap" I'd become the "Glad Man" at that casino. :p
