Got to watch "World's Best" on the Travel Channel at 10 p.m. tonight. Was surprised that the content was about winning a million dollars in LV and the various ways to spend that million while in LV. I really enjoyed the program. Hope those of you who did not watch manage to catch it at another time. Most likely it will repeated.

My way of spending the million would have certainly differed from those on the show. Wonder how many of you would spend it.<LOL>

Thanks Beth, I'll watch for it this weekend. I've heard lots of stories of how people spend thier lottery winnings and it is often a sad story. But it does remind me of a joke.

A man inherited a $1 billion dollars.

He had three sons. He told his sons that since he now had all this money, he would like to know what each of them would like to have. He stressed that MONEY was no object.

His first son said that he had always wanted a Jaguar. The father went out, and since money was no object, bought him 7 Jaguars in different colors, so that he would have a different one to drive every day of the week.

His second son said that he always wanted a motorcycle. So the father went out, and again since money was no object, bought him 30 new motorcycles - 10 dirt bikes, 10 hogs, and 10 touring bikes - so he would have a different bike to ride every day of the month.

His third and youngest son was only 8 years old. So the little guy said that he simply had wanted a Mickey Mouse outfit. So, money being no object, his father went out and bought his son the Dallas Cowboys.

Joe,

Your story reminds me of the multi-millionaire who was trying to pick a wife. He had it narrowed down to 3. A blond, a redhead, and a brunette. He gave them each $100,000 and told them to come back on one week and tell him what they did with the money.

The blond came back and said that she'd gone to Rodeo Drive and bought all new clothes, jewelry, and shoes so she'd look nice for him.

The redhead brought back a new Corvette, designer suits, fine wine, and Cuban cigars for him to enjoy.

The brunette came back with $200,000 having gotten into an IPO for a drug manufacturer who developed a cure for cancer.

So do you know which one he chose to marry?
