On the Harrah's website with our rewards card number, they offered 3 free nights at any of the properties (Paris, Flamingo, Bally's, Rio, Harrah's) except Caesars.
Mirage offered 3 nights, $75 in comp, and $100 in free play.
Same deal at TI.
Bellagio offered two buffets, $75 in free play and a rate but you had to call to find out what it was.
Monte Carlo offered 2 free nights, $150 in free play, two buffets and bring a friend at $69 a night along with $25 in free play and two buffets.
Sunset station sent a calendar with about 1/3rd weekdays free, rest at $19 or $29. Weekends at $79 a night. Along with that the calendar had $10 in match play and $30 in slot play.
Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock sent something similar but with fewer free days and higher prices.
Given our play on the last couple of visits, I would say Harrah's offer is better than expectation. MGM and Sunset are fair and GVR and Red Rock are below expectation.
Planet Hollywood sent a flyer with $59 a night and either Stomp Out Loud tickets or a $40 food credit.

Can I be your friend at Monte Carlo? My offer was $79 with the same goodie package.

I can't really complain about that offer since I seldom play at Monte Carlo, but my Harrah's offers in Las Vegas have totally disappeared ... even though I put in quite a bit of play at the Flamingo and Ballys on my last two trips.

Thank goodness for Boyd Gaming! My five nights in July will cost $106 and include $50 in free gaming and $75 in dining credit. smile

Daisy, have you checked the website at Harrahs? Punch in your players gold number and dates of travel, even I a lowly gold member get a decent discount on rooms sometimes!

Very interesting! I've been checking the "my offers" part of the website, and Las Vegas has totally disappeared there -no room offers, no food, no entertainment, no nothing!

I plugged in the dates of my July trip, and it was a different story. Flamingo was lowest at $168 for 5 days, next was Ballys at $256, Rio at $414 and Caesars was $839 for classic room or $1493 for Palace of Augustus tower. Harrahs and Paris were unavailable that week but still showed prices of $305/$545.

I guess it never hurts to ask - even on the website. wink

On our upcoming trip we got 3 nights comps at Ceasars, we could have had up to 7 nites comped in a suite, but I think 3 nights on the strip is plenty.
