I got an Apple iTouch (iPod) with internet access. I am posting this message from the new device. This is an amazing piece of technology.

Yes, it is. And when you start hacking into it, it just keeps getting better.

I am amazed with all on this I-stuff. I have fought all off it, but Sharon is dragging me into the 21st century, whether I like it or not! For my birthday, she bought me my first I-pod 80gig???
Enjoy it Ralph, all this stuff is a riot.

Yep, I am posting another message from the iTouch while I am watching Vikings and Cowboys and I can walk downstairs, get another beer and continue to post a message in the process. Got to love this technology.

The best toy I have bought for a while, I bought last June. I bought on eBay this Philips Hard Drive recorder [160 GB!!], that has a DVD burner built into it. Not only can I record great shows and movies, but I can edit and burn the suckers right onto a DVD, with no wires all over the place! It also can take a slide show off a camera, and burn that onto a DVD, and then make it compatible with all DVD players - Kes can testify the quality of the DVDs that this makes!

I had been a little hesitant on this unit, as there had been some middling reviews on some of its software. It was a 'refurbished' unit, though, and I have not had a speck of trouble with it - one suspects Philips had recalled the units, reprogrammed them, and the got rid of them through eBay sellers - I got mine for $170!
