That makes three of us who enjoy the themed hotels. Don't get me wrong; I loved the Wynn, whose theme is basically "Look what wonders we can build with $2.7 billion". But there's just something about the themed hotels that adds to the whimsy and sense of escapism of visiting the city.
God, I miss all the gold-plated skulls and crossbones at Treasure Island (I still call it Treasure Island; I refuse to call it "TI at the Mirage").
