   Palazzo Loves Me
   Palazzo Loves Me
Just got my July/August offer from Palazzo/Venetian.

Two to Four comp nights in a "Luxury View Suite Upgrade"
$25.00 Slot Credit or Table Match Play.
Two for onw Canyon Ranch 1-day passport
Triple points on Wednesdays, Double Points on Thursdays.

The top of this letter says, Happy Birthday but I don't think that's the reason for the offer.

It says I can use this offer as many times as I want.

The part I don't understand is the two night minimum?

I guess they want to be sure they get their $25 back<vbg>. So, is the Canyon Ranch offer gonna get Patti to come out with you?

I'm already working on her for July trip but she doesn't think she can get off with that short a notice.

It was a letter in an envelope (as opposed to a post card).

My friend got a good offer from them too. I'm not sure if it's the same or not, I just know she's excited since she was going to be in Vegas anyway. I told her to take lots of pics.

Well...they kinda love me too. Just got a post card with an offer of up to 4 free nights. I didn't get the other goodies that the Senator got, but it ain't bad. Now, do we do Ceasars or Palazzo???
I haven't spent a dime in this joint in years, they must be scraping the bottom of the barrel here for Summer guests.

How could you not use the offer?

Four free nights in a beautiful room with no gambling requirement (unless you fall in love with the place and want to go back). Sounds like a no-brainer to me!

Well, it took a day longer for my offer to finally come in the mail ... but ... Palazzo had rooms the day I wanted them this time. smile LOL, I didn't get offered any of the Senator's extras, but I've only played maybe a combined 45 minutes in the Venetian & Palazzo so I'm thrilled with the offer.

Do you get Invited Guest check-in? If so, when you walk into the lobby, it's the counter on the left.

I like high floors for the view but found their smoking floors are all in about the bottom third of the tower.

The card doesn't specifically mention "invited guest" - but I figure they sent me an offer (or invitation) so they'll have to throw me out of that line<g> - thanks for the info. smile

Hmmmm ... view or smoking - what a tough choice!

Naturally, you'll want the view room, not the smoking one, right?

And I have every confidence you belong in the invited guest line. I'd invite you!

Well, hopefully Palazzo will treat me nicely since Black Oak just handed my head on a platter the last two days<g>. There's so much smoke over California that I think I'll go for a view of blue skies!

Daisy, I was up in Reno a week or so ago and was surprised by the smoke and smoke filled skies way over there ont he other side of the Sierra. In fact it was more smokey on that side of the mountain range than it was within the Sacramento - Tahoe region.

At one point while in Sparks we could hardly see across the street And when we drove around Lake Tahoe you could not even see the other side of the lake.

But I would guess that LV is too far south/east of the California's burning timbers to take too much notice.

Let us know if you will. Have a good trip.

Well, I broke down and called, all that was available was the Venitian, so we said no. I'll stick with Caesars this trip. Who knows maybe on our september trip, we'll getanother offer. I looked back and I had this offer June, on another post card, so maybe next time.

The Nuggat in Reno loves lots of us! I recently received a post card offering two nights free during the months of August and September '08. And it's wide open in that I can take as many free nights as long as I separated those two free nights with a three day period. I have yet to call to accept this offer so I don't yet know if there is a "gimmick" involved.

How come I never win at Video Poker??!! I try and try and try and almost never win. In my lifetime I have only managed to get two Royals and on both occasions I only had a quarter in the darn machine.

I did manage to win $500 in one of the local bars one late evening but it was one of those wierd machines and I have no idea how I won it.
