Crown Ltd, is trying to be the Cannery casinos and has submitted it's proposal to the gaming comission who will make a decision in the next 2 weeks.

Don't hold me to this, but I think this is the same company that has spent millions on the old Wet N Wild property next to the Sahara. They have paid big bucks to hold their project of building a huge tower on that property. The tower would be about twice as high as the Stratosphere. They submitted one plan and it was shot down. Another plan was shot down by the FAA. They somehow manage to keep coming back with more plans. Maybe someday, it will happen. That project would be called Crown, Las Vegas.

The Cannery deal fell through as Crown couldn't get their ducks lined up. Even though it is off the table, Crown must still pay the Cannery a $50 million termination fee.
