My favorite mayor and my favorite president are not seeing eye to eye these days.

Obama made some kind of speech about companies flying out to Las Vegas using money from the taxpayers.

Oscar is upset with this comment. He feels that conventions are a big part of the Las Vegas economy. He goes on to say that a lot business takes place at these conventions even though the convention goers get pampered after work.

At first Oscar demanded an apology. Then he asked for a clarification. When asked what he would do if Obama did not respond to him, he said he would probably cry. Now the mayor is starting to steam because Harry Reid has invited Obama to visit southern Nevada (Las Vegas) this spring/summer, and Obama agreed.

Obama's trashing going to Vegas is a just reward for Reid and Pelosi for what they did to the stimulus bill.

Maybe when he visits they can get some nice photo ops of Geithner at the craps table, rolling snake eyes and calling it an economic policy.
