Boyd Gaming offered to buy a large portion of stations assets. Boyd currently has 7 Hotel/Casinos in the Las vegas area and 2 (casino onlys) in Henderson.currently
The offer is to take a large majority of the stations properties which include, Aliante Station, Green Valley Ranch, Texas Station, Santa Fe Station, The 2 Fiesta properties, and Wild Wild West. Also included are several smaller casinos without hotel rooms, such as the Wildfire.

Leaving Stations with the remaining properties, Red Rock, Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station, and some 356 acres of land the company controls in LV, and 2.5 Billion in debt tied directly to those 4 properties.

However Boyd is willing to expand the deal to include any or all of those 4 properties. Boyd is currently trading at $4.19, up .79
Boyd claims to have up to 2 billion in revolving credit at it's disposal.

WOW! I thought Boyd had bitten off more than enough with Echelon Place. Then again, Stations might be holding a fire sale due to their debt coming due.
