   New Imperial Palace Offer
   New Imperial Palace Offer
The IP took that disgusting Excalibur Buffet offer and sweetened the deal.

ALL IN deal for One.
For only $95, you get a room for a night, unlimited dining at the Emperor’s Buffet, unlimited dining at the Teahouse, unlimited drinks at all casino and pool bars.

There is a two person deal for $135.

The fine print reads...
Welcome letter with additional package information will be provided to guest at check-in. Present pass, photo ID, & hotel registration card to redeem at specified outlets. Single guests may add up to 1 additional person at check in for a fee. See front desk for details. May redeem/consume 1 alcoholic drink per guest at a time. Valid on domestic beers, drafts or wells. Drink service may be suspended upon intoxication. Teahouse includes appetizer, entrée & dessert per person, per visit. Unlimited soft drink & buffet redemptions.

That's one way to beat the $3.50 coffee at the Teahouse. <g>

Well if you wanted to drink without buying the $20 vp drink, and if you wanted to eat several meals at the Teahouse, it's a pretty good deal.

Problem is I don't want to eat all my meals in the same place - I enjoy dining about.

Where did you see this, Joe?

Hi Kes,

I agree there is a certain type of person(s) this may work well for. I think that person is few and far between. I think most of the packages they sell will be to people taking the challenge to get their money back drinking. And I think those people will end up gambling and eating meals elsewhere.

I first heard about this from a Harrah's employee, and it was on the news the next day. Then I checked the IP website. I forgot to check to see if it is s Sun-Thur only deal or if there is a weekend upgrade option.

I believe the worst casino buffet is probably the IP's.
Do you get any kind of stomach pump discount booklet for the local hospital, with this deal? I can not imagine eating at that buffet morning, noon, and night. WOW, the Ex buffet is looking better all the time!

I agree Lee, I have eaten breakfast at that buffet when it was included with my room, and I tread very, very carefully. Made to order eggs, toast that I toasted, and fruit. Oh, and terrible coffee.

But at least this offer includes the Teahouse which is decent. Some dishes fair, some some pretty good - averages out to decent.
