Ballys closed their sports book today, just in time to miss out on one of the biggest sports betting events of the year...March Madness. They are sending their customers to Paris.

Wow - that's too bad. I always thought that was one of the nicest sports books in town. I liked the stadium seating they had. I once spent an entire day there watching the Breeder's Cup races. The other sports book I like a lot is the one at the Mirage.

It's too far away from the main casino action. I still remember when that was the "catch a rising star" comedy club. I'm old!
