Yikes! I guess I won't be taking taxis from the airport out to Sam's Town; that worked out to $25, more than it cost per day the last time I rented<g>. Even with the new rental rates, it will still be better for my normadic style to rent a car when I fly into Las Vegas.

I think if you average more than one off strip or any long on strip trips per day, you come out better with renting. The potential off set to this is that going with taxis allows everyone in the group to imbibe.
