Anyone who may be interested in our annual Thanksgiving Meet (possibly in Brendon's Irish Pub) in the Orleans. Say on or about 24 Nov from 1 to 3 p.m.. please respond to this post.
Wendell, Count us as 3, with a possible total of 4. My daughter may be traveling with us for this one. I'll know for sure in a month or two. It's too close to call.

Lee: Great, I am trying to coax my oldest daughter (You have met her (in Bootleggers) and her crew to come out - My grand daughter will have turned 21 and I want to show her around a bit and take in a couple of shows, Who knows, we may end up with a pretty good turnout yet!

In line with the above, you just can't beat Thanksgiving dinner in the Prime Rib Loft of the Orleans - traditional thanksgiving dinner, complete with turkey, dressing, great salads, good service, fine wines and dessert - all moderately priced. Reservations recommended.
Let's not forget another tradition .... the 49ers play the Raiders on August 22nd! Are you ready for another bet? Perhaps the winner gets dinner at a place of her choice .... oops, meant to say his or her choice<vbg>.

Kes: Gotcha counted - will be good to see you. For Daisy: You are on PROVIDED you drop the "restaurant of choice" bit. (Our taste in restaurants vary too much.) We both like breakfast at the Gold Coast - so throw that one in and you are on!
Good point about our different taste in restaurants, Wendell - BUT - have you forgotten we also have different ideas on when breakfast should be eaten in Las Vegas<g>. Gawd knows you've awakened me often enough at the crack of dawn! Since we're really after bragging rights, why don't we just bet one ceremonial dollar to the winner and possession of the perpetual trophy to the loser? In case you've forgotten about the perpetual trophy<vbg>, it's that pidgeon that's been roosting in a hidden corner of your den for years.
