Some people, but not many, come to Las Vegas with less than a $100 bill in their pocket!
If you happen to be one of them "some people", here are some suggestions on what to do and how and where to do it and end up possibly returning home with
$101 in your pocket and possibly a brand new wallet to put it in.
You will need to bring a blanket and sleep in your car and 'fine dine' at McDonald's or In n' Out .... but what the heck!?
Actually it's cheaper not to eat at all.
You didn't come to LV to fine dine anyway!
You came to gamble!
Right!!??
So I suggest that you start your day at that $2 Blackjack "machine'' up against the wall at the newly remodeled and quite quaint Gold Spike just off Fremont Street a bit.
For historical references, the Spike used to the most smoke filled, foul-filled pit of the entire State, but now it's called, "Cute" for obvious reasons once you get inside and see for yourself.
Venture forth with no more than your first $20 gamble (with no more than two bucks a play) and expect to have $20 worth of fun with little or no expectations of departing with any profit.
Just play this BJ machine to test your Basic Strategy skills (get a card if you don't know what BS means), have a couple of Bloody Mary's or Bambozza's or whatever your drink preference happens to be.
Two drinks at a $1 tip each and maybe 20 to 30 minutes of fun .... and you should be departing the Spike with a remainder of $78 in your pocket with some exciting but unexpected tales to tell upon your return home.
More advice to follow .....
