A local TV station, Ch 13, did an investigative report on some restaurants that did not do well on health inspections. IMHO, the article is somewhat sucky. However, at the end of the story, there are two links to spreadsheets that give data on inspections. One is the cleanest restaurants in 2009. The other is a list of over 1000 restaurants in the area and their ratings. The lists include many strip restaurants and other ones mentioned on this board in the past.
As I mentioned, the news article is pretty typical for investigative reporters sensationalizing a story. I found the database links interesting, as you can sort the lists by name, rating, or whatever. I would hope that your computer has a program on it that will read and display these types of files. Since it is linked from a TV station website, I would think most computers these days could handle it. Good Luck.
