Yes, I'd stay there but I have seen them offer cheaper deals that included a free second night without the trimmings.
No casino in the buidling of course but you can walk a bit down the road and cross over to the Wynn.com or simply cross the road to do some shopping in one of the better shopping centers in Las Vegas, (Actually I'd say that it is the best shopping center in this desert town.)
I betcha that that deal mentioned above is in one of the lesser desired rooms and that they will give you an 'opportunity' to upgrade to a more preferred unit.
I have yet to meet anyone who has stayed at the Trump so I cannot say if the rooms are adequate but for the sales price they were originally offered at, I'd say that they must be paved in gold.
I would avoid the NYNY at any cost. I hate to even go in that place any more.
If you are still looking take a look at "the Hotel at Mandalay Bay". It is one of the nicer rooms available in LV at a price of less than $100 midweek. Or for $20 less, get a room in the Mandalay Bay main tower.
But your absolute best bet is any room in the Wynn complex providing you can book a room at $139 or less (midweek). I am still super impressed by the details that were thoughtfully thrown into that great hotel/casino.
