................ and Probably Never Will!
I'm hoping that some of you other Las Vegas Know-it-Alls will add to and elaborate on this list so that some of these less known but somewhat colorful or historical LV sites can come to the attention of those visitors who refuse to follow the well worn path along the STRIP.
I'll include a "DARE FACTOR - DF" with a scale of 1-5 in which a category "1" means "NO DARE AT ALL" and where a category "5" means "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK".
In this initial post I'll simply submit a list of LV places you've most likely never seen or will probably never visit and my personal DF estimation.
And later on with the help of others, I'll elaborate a bit with a more precise description......
LV places you'll probably never see ...... but maybe should.
Atomic Liquor Store and Bar DF 5 Western Hotel and Casino DF 4 Hogs and Heifers DF 2 Last Neighborhood Bar in Las Vegas DF 1 Coachmen’s Inn - DF 1 The Opera House - DF 2 Double Down Saloon - DF 1 Gold Spike - DF 1 now Gold Mine Tavern - DF 2 Water Street District - DF 1 Emerald Island Casino - DF - 1 Atomic Museum - 1 Mormon Fort - DF 1 LV Sign Graveyard - DF 1 Mexican Swap Meet - DF 1 Hoover Dam Bypass DF 1

Been busy going to these places I'd never go to and will have a few more to add, and more info on each as soon as these Las Vegas Adventure Rodents leave town and head back east.
BTW, they chose that group name themselves and the only membership requirement is that you had to be a LV resident during some part of the 60's or 70's or even earlier if that's possible.
The big surprise among most is how far south Las Vegas proper has spread.
