Harrah's has recently launched the All Stage Pass. It is a pass to see as many shows as you can stand at Harrah's properties in Las Vegas in a 48 hour time frame. Total Reward members pay $99 plus fees and taxes. Non members pay $110, I think. The All Stage Pass can only be purchased at the Planet Hollywood box office and the stickily enforced 48 hour clock starts at that time. You can pick up your ticket to the show within 2 hours of show time at the box office for the show you intend to see. Cher, Barry Manilow, Donny & Marie, and Penn & Teller are not included on the pass, but you may use the pass to purchase a ticket to these shows for a preferred price of $40.

The shows that are included are…
Bally's - Jubilee and The Price is Right
Caesars - Matt Goss
Flamingo - George Wallace, Nathan Burton, Vinnie Favorito, and X-Burlesque
Harrah's - Legends, Rita Rudner, The Improv, and Mac King
Imperial Palace - Divas, Human Nature, and Matsuri
O'Sheas - Dirk Arthur
Paris - Anthony Cools
Rio - Chippendales

Most of these shows are normally in the $50 range. Most, if not all, are also available at the half price outlets all over town. The All Stage Pass has a convenience factor that the half price outlets can't touch. I can see how this deal would work out nicely for some and not be that big of a deal to others. I can see how some people could plan it out for maximum show value and be very pleased.

This appears to be a decent deal to me but there are only a couple of shows on the list that I'd pay to see.

Jubilee - I've seen it many times over the years and really enjoyed the big on stage displays such as the Samson production, the Titanic production, and one or two others that I have forgotten due to the fact that so many years have passed since I saw it last. It's been many years but I do recall the act in which an archer shoots an arrow that strikes a couple of targets before releasing the arrow that splits an apple on some brave assistant's head. I sort of remember that one best of all.

I saw Mac King in an afternoon show a few years back at the Rio and enjoyed it but once with Mac is enough with Mac.

I've never seen an impersonation act in Las Vegas so I thinik I'd like to see DIvas and the Stratosphere acts someday.

I have not seen Matsuri but I hear that it is somewhat like a smaller version of Cirque which I 've seen way too many times because family members are in it.

I know nothing about Matt Goss except that he did appear in the small room on the Palms casino floor for a few shows. If I knew he would soon be appearing at Caesars I more than likely would have paid the the inexpensive price to see his act.

The single act I most enjoyed over the years while living and visiting Las Vegas was definitely the lead in, ten minute act in which a ventriloquist appeared on stage sitting in a chair with a dummy in his lap telling half-way funny jokes.

And when the jokes were done and the act was complete - the dummy stood up and carried the man off stage. HONEST!!!

And my second most amazing and enjoyable act was the quick-change couple wen the man threw confetti at the lady and right before our very own eyes she changed from a red formal gown to a black ensamble (or however that word is spelt) behind that falling confetti.

ANd some guy with a heard of cats that did amazing things. I think he was the same guy who years later appeared in LV with a heard of dogs who also did amazing things except for the one dog who could do nothing right - except steal the show.

I liked Don Rickles too! .... as long as I sat way in the back!
