It's interesting that Cirque is pulling the plug on VIVA ELVIS, which I enjoyed, yet the horrid CHRISS ANGEL BELIEVE is still playing.

I thought VIVA ELVIS was terrible and the night we saw it the JailHouse Rock set failed to work so that the lead singer had to carry on in the dark all by himself.

Sae the La Reve show last Friday night and although the 'setting' was quite spectacular and the performers tried their best to entertain, I was not impressed.

I fail to see any enjoyment when performers jump from hign spaces into a pool of water, but I gotta say that i did enjoy how the curtains 'moved' and the lighting effects.

I'd buy the DVD if it showed how the whole thing was accomplished. Especially how it all worked under water.

I wonder how long it will take for people to tire of these Cirque performances? ANd when something completely new will come to Las Vegas.

Any original ideas?
