Would you stay at the Cosmo on a discounted rate? Why/why not?

I've heard mixed things about the Cosmo. Apparently one side of the building faces the pool/nightclub area and it gets very noisy on that side. On the other hand, the rooms are supposed to be state of the art nice.

Personally, I'm not that crazy about the casino.

It's not where I want to be! However I posted because some visitors here are looking for higher end properties, and this offer, requires no play.
This offer would look attractive to a non-gambler or someone that is a very low stakes player that enjoys a nicer hotel.
